Artisan Gelato is an Italian variant of traditional ice cream. This differs from traditional ice cream because it contains less fat and as a consequence it makes the flavors stand out more and has a creamier and more palatable texture. In ChocoLato it is the best place to enjoy not only artisan gelatos, but also a great variety of chocolate desserts, local coffee and gelato milkshakes. Gelato is his first name, Chocolate his last name and JOY; It's what they spread in every bite.
